Short answer. An incentive trip to Costa Rica is planned by defining the goal and group profile, dates and destination (Central Valley, Guanacaste or other regions), a program that mixes nature, culture and celebration moments, and full logistics. Ideally, start planning at least six months ahead.

Steps

  1. Goal: reward, align teams or launch a strategy.
  2. Group: size, profile and needs.
  3. Dates and destination: season, access and hotels.
  4. Program: experiences, content and a celebration night with live entertainment.
  5. Logistics: transport, food, welcome kits, technical production.
  6. Measurement: survey and results against the goal.
