Short answer. To book a Latin artist for a private event, you need a formal offer submitted to the artist's management, a budget covering fee, travel and riders, and 4 to 6 months of lead time. Fees range from under USD 30,000 for boutique and local acts to more than USD 750,000 for global icons, before travel and production.
1. Start with the moment, not the name
Surprise performance, first dance, party set or an acoustic dinner show: the moment defines format, length and crew size.
2. Budget by tier
| Tier | Reference fee (USD, fee only) |
|---|---|
| Global icons | 750,000 + |
| International superstars | 250,000 – 750,000 |
| Established stars | 100,000 – 250,000 |
| Classics and rising artists | 30,000 – 100,000 |
| Boutique and local talent | Up to 30,000 |
3. Expect separate costs
Flights, hotels, ground transport, security, technical and hospitality riders, permits and taxes. In Costa Rica, a 15% withholding tax applies to non-resident artists, and most international artists quote net fees.
4. Protect privacy
For high-level events and weddings we work under a strict code of ethics: discretion, confidentiality and NDAs when needed.
5. One accountable partner
We join your planner's or producer's team: they lead the event, we take care of everything related to the artist. See how we work with artists for private events.
